Steven brings a unique perspective to the fresh produce industry, having spent years as a Head Chef in some of Brisbane’s leading kitchens before joining the Gollagher Bros team. His firsthand experience in hospitality gives him a deep understanding of what chefs and food businesses value most — quality, consistency, seasonality, and provenance.

Working closely with restaurants, cafés, and foodservice operators, Steven specialises in connecting customers with the finest local and seasonal produce available. His strong relationships with growers and extensive industry knowledge ensure customers have access to premium herbs, specialty produce, and innovative product lines that help elevate their menus.

What drives Steven is his passion for great produce and the relationships that connect growers, suppliers, and chefs. He enjoys helping customers discover products that enhance flavour, presentation, and overall dining experiences.
